At COFFEE PLANT, we strive for freshness and quality in every roast; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened products and gear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure that the coffee beans are in their original, vacuum-sealed packaging and that any equipment is securely boxed with all original manuals.

• 3.
  Ship Back to Roastery

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
