How do you ensure the freshness of the coffee beans?

We roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 48 hours of roasting. Every bag features a 'roasted on' date and a one-way degassing valve to preserve peak flavor.

Where does COFFEE PLANT source its beans?

We source our beans directly from sustainable farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Brazil. We prioritize ethical trade practices and organic farming methods to ensure the highest quality.

What is the standard shipping time for orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Can I return a coffee order if I am not satisfied?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.

Do you offer coffee subscriptions?

Yes! You can choose your favorite roast and set a delivery frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Subscribers receive a 15% discount on every recurring order.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Sustainability is core to our mission. Our coffee bags are made from compostable materials, and our shipping boxes are 100% recyclable.
